Total Talk is a complete, simple-to-use phone system for your small business environment. Incoming calls to your main phone number will ring the first available line (lines 1 through 4) on all of the phones in your facility. Simply answer the incoming call and, if the caller needs to speak to someone else in your office, put them on hold and ask the destination party to pick up the respective line. For example, if your call is on line 2, just ask them to pick up line 2. It’s that easy!
